WASHINGTON TREATY
FRANCE AND RATIFICATION (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, Dec. 21. The Government 1 intends to propose that’ Parliament ratify the Washington Treaty some time in January. It was originally M. Poincairc’s intention to leave, both Houses a’-free hand. He then thought of proposing reservations, but finally decided to make ratification unconditional.
