GORE, This Day. For the second day of the Gore meeting there was fine weather. Results:— Grandstand Hack: Thistle Crown 1, Marti ford, 2, Mettled rift 3. All started. Won by half a length, a length separating the second and third horses. Time, 1.30 l-sth. Progressive Trot: Embracer 1, Le.rtamhor Flower 2, Oturi 3. Scratched; Biddy, Tracey, Seaward, Spot. Won by a length, a length separating the second and third horses. Time, 3.37.
