The United Press Paris) correspondent says:—lt is understood that the American peace delegation will ask for incorporation in the treaty vital Labour principles, namely, international child labour law, protection of women workers, uniform working conditions, including fixed hours of labour. r The American plan of the League of Nations embodies many of General Smuts’ and Lord Robert Cecil’s plans.
