INTERPRETATION OF A WILL.

In the Supreme Court to-day, before the Chief Justice, an application was made for interpretation of the will of James Alwin. Counsel raised' the question whether the time of survivorshn related to the death of the testator or the death of tho life tenant. His Honour decided that survivorship related to those living at the time of the death of the life tenant.
