DOCKERS' BATTALION AT LIVERPOOL FOR HOME SERVICE. iP&bu Association. —Copxbight.) (Rec. April 1, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. Lord Derby, with Lord Kitchener's permission, is forming a battalion of dockers at Liverpool under military lew for Home service. They will eauy on the government at the docks, and v ill receive army pay in addition to the minimum of 365. Under tiade union rules only unionists will le enrolled. ■
