WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT
CONFERENCE OF WiELSH COMMONERS. (Press Association. —Copzbight.) (Rec. April 1, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. Welsh members of the House of Commons, at a Conference, with one dissentient, passed a resolution relying on Mr Asquifch's undertaking, endorsed by Mr Bonar Law, that no controversial legislation would be introduced during the war. "Welsh members of the Commons, decline to proceed with the further discussion of the Disestablishment Postponement Bill, which will nullify the Parliament Act.
