(Received April 10, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, April 9. There have been many accidents, due to the neglected conditions of the mines. Three miners were killed and three injured by the fall of a roof at Collingsgrecn colliery, Lancashire. Work has not been resumed in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, where the men are disposed to await the settlement of the surfacemen's demands. There has been only a partial resumption in South Wales, owing to a similar cause.
