ANGLICAN PROTEST IN VICTORIA. Press Association. —Copxriqhi (Received 10.30 a.m..) MELBOURN'E, Wednesday. The Anglican. Church has drawn oip a past-oral letter dealing with the Papal Ne Temere Decree- (affecting mixed marriages) which will 'be oread in all Anglican Churches on Sunday. In protesting against the decree, tlbe letter states that it is contrary to public policy, and will tend to enocwag© wifedesertion and even bigamy.
