CLAIM FOR £3000 DAMAGES. (United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. , The action in " hich Hugh G-orlitz is claiming £3000 damages from Jan Kubelik, violinist, for alleged breach of contract was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. The evidenci of tl.e defendant and" Karl Junkevmcnn, taken on commission in London, was read. They both denied that a contract had been, entered iato, though the matter had been diictfssed.- Kubeiik had refused to bind himself to a contract. The judge will sum up to-morrow.
