THE VICTIM IN A CRITICAL CONDITION. [United Press Association.] GISBORNE, M0n.1.-y. A little girl, eight years o'd, was brutally outraged, allegedly by a Cingalese on a vacant section to-day. The aileged assailant was arrested !-ier srd identified. The victim is in 'j critical condition.
