(Press Assoctattok.— Coptiught.) (Received February 10, 8.18 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sunday. A reprobate son shot the notorious Judge Hargis dead at Jackson, Kentucky. The Judge was the leader of the Hargis feud against the Cockrills over land, which had led to several murders, the assasins being unpunished:
