THE RELEASE OF SIE HARRY | MACLEAN. (Press Association. — Copybioht.* (Received February 10, 8.18 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday.. In order- to secure Sir Harry Maclean's release, the British Legation "at Morocco deposited £20,000 fal the bank, relea-sed 56 prisoners, and restored slave wives captured at Zinal. The bandit chief Raisuli and 28 relation's have become British protected subjects. The sum of £15,000 will remain in the bank for three years, Raisuli receiving interest at 5 per cent-.
