STOKE.
A meeting of householders was held in the Public School on April 23rd, when the following were- elected School Committee for the ensuing year : Messrs \V. B. Condll, H. Ching, JI. Ching, D. Giblin, J. Bigar, W. K nning, and P..Chineg. At the meeting of the new Comittee Mr W. B. Condell was elected Chairman, and Mr Philip Ching Secretary and Treasurer.
