A MAN FOUND DROWNED.
. NO CLVE TO TIIE ACCIDENT. (United Press Association.) HOKITIKA, Thursday. Tho body of an elderly man. identified as W. . Clarke, civil engineer, who is supposed to have come lrom tho Auckland district, and ,who arrived hero about a month ago on a prspocting expedition, was found on Ocean Beach early this morning. The bodv had only been a shor.t time in: the water, it is -presumed since last night ; but there is no evidence to show how the accident happened.
