THE PROCEEDINGS DROPPED. (Press Association). CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. The case of Georgina Frances Brown, proprietor of a Christchurch nursing home, charged with manslaughter by tho neglect of a newly-born child, was called on again to-day.
