[United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, April 23. i our girls bave been received into ths Urder of tbe Sisters of Mercy. * The ceremony was performed in St. Mary's Convent Chapel, o when Bishop Lenihan presided, being assisted in tbe service by the Rev. Fathers O'Reilly and Dawson. Seven girls having fulfilled their term of probation took the black veil. The following are ths names of the girls received :— Miss Duggan (Wellington), called Bister M. Celestino ; Miss Curtin (Orange) Sister M. Kevin; Miss O'Doherly (Greymouth), Sister M. Eustace ) Miss O'Connor (Melbourne), Sister M. Clement. The names of those professed are: Sister M. Laurenco Whelan (Victoria), Sister M. btanistaus Carmody (Ipswich), Sister M. Margaret Mortelle (Limerick), Sister M. Loyola Toohey((lpswich), Sister M. Cecilia M'Qwley (Tyrone, Irefcnd), Sister M. Agnes Canty (Maitland), and Sister M. Imlielda Singleton (Australia).
