American newspapers are offering rewards for the first Spanish flags captured in the campaign, One paper offers 1000 dollars for the capture of General Weyler formerly Spanish commander in Cuba, dead or alive. Two thousand Sioux Indians have volunteered to Berve undor the American flag.
