NEW YORK, April 21. i Key West reports that the American : fleet, consisting of twenty-three fighting ! ships, has anchored six mUos off the , shove waiting for the signal to sail for Havana. The Spanish squadron whioh assembled at Cape de Verde has sailed, the destination being unknown. A Madrid message predicts that the first engagement will prove a complete surprise. The American Naval Commander has arranged to co-operate with the Cuban insurgents, and ho is supply war material. One of the Cuban leaders visiting New York states that 6000 Cubans are willing to return to the island with the American troops.
