BOWLING TOURNAMENT A very successful bowling tournament was held at Amberley during the week-end, the weather being perfect. Besides players, many visitors were present, and afternoon tea was provided for about 250 people. The rinks competition was won by P. Munn’s rink, which went through undefeated. Three rinks had to play off for second place, when H. Wilson’s (Kaiapoi) rink was successful, the other rinks in the play-off being McCormack’s and Howarth’s.
