St Simper is Steeples Prospect

A winner at his last two starts, though in moderate company, St Simper will be supported as a lightweight possibility in the Grand National Steeplechase, run over three and a half miles, at Riccarton tomorrow. Gaiety’s recent form bas been good, as has that of Roman Son. and the chances of these two may also be favoured. However, most danger may come from Golden Reign, which may be the first choice of investors. Favourites may include:— 10.32—Enfield Steeples, 21 miles.
