LONDON, Fri. (2 p.m.).—The dock strike continued today with 14,419 men out. There are 86 ships idle, six undermanned —48 fewer than yesterday. This reduction was caused by servicemen loading and unloading ships.
Britain has asked Denmark to withhold temporarily 1000 tons of bacon shipments to Britain because of the strike.
