Russians Shoot 1 Deserters On Spot
BERLIN, Fri. (11 a.md—Soviet deserters caught in a mass comb-out of the Jueterbog area, south of Berlin, were executed on the spot, according to the British-licensed newspaper Diewelt
Seven thousand Soviet troops made a mass search after two Russian staff officers and 30 soldiers had deserted from their units.
