AUCKLAND, Thu. (Sp.)—The following teaching appointments in Northland were authorised by the Auckland Education Board yesterday: Infant Mistress. —Miss L. M. Jarvie, Kaikohe Primary.
Assistant Mistress.—Mrs M. J. Shepherd, Maungakaramea. Assistants, Secondary Departments of District High Schools.— Mr A. K. Brady, M.A., Dargaville District High (Director of Community Centre); Mr R. A. Harris, M.A., Dargaville District High. Assistant Post-Primary Positions. —Miss P. J. Child, Northland College; Mr K. A. Hart, M.A., Northland College; Miss R. G. Phillpotts. Northland College (temporary appointment).
