Moscow Hails Danube Convention
MOSCOW, Sun. (10 a.m.)—Pravda, in an editorial, hails the sigping of the Danube Convention as a “new victory in the Soviet’s Stalinist policy.” The newspaper said the British, United States and French refusal to sign would not in the slightest degree influence the convention’s coming into force.
