WELLINGTON. Increw d raijC-s for suppiy of -lull electric-power are being negotiated oy the State Hydro-Elec-tric Department with various power boards as the existing contracts expire. The increase sought is substantial and may amount to as much as £IOO.OOO in the case of a big power board and nothing with others.
