sharp Exchange At* Control Council
BERLIN. Thu. (11 a.m.).—General Sir Brian Robertson, British Military Governor in Germany, and Marshall Sokolovsky indulged in sharp exchanges at an Allied Control Council meeting. Sokolovsky ailed god discrimination against the Communist and Social Unity Parties.
He said former Nazis and war criminals were being eni’olled in a ciusadc against Communism. General Robertson replied that the German people regarded the Socialist Unity Party as a fraud to entice workers into the toils of Communism. It' was a “stooge party inviting the counrtymen into bondage."
