Death Of Man Who Made U.S. Navy Dry
NEW YORK, Thu. (11.30 a.m.)—The death has occurred at Raleigh, North Carolina, of Mr Josephus Daniels. As Secretary of the Navy Mr Daniels 'issued the order which made the United States Navy “dry.” His edict banning alcohol from ships is still in force.
