WELLINGTON. A British Trade Office will be established in Auckland towards theend of the year. ’’
Mr H. F. Shorns, of the United 1 Kingdom Trade Commissioner’s Department in New Zealand, will be commissioner at Auckland. The Trade Commissioner for New Zealand (Mr R. Boulter) said yesterday the. parent department in'London, formerly known as the Department o f Overseas jfrade, had now been ficorporated
in the Boaifl of Trade, and its tit* had been changed to ilxport Promotion Department. In future! the representatives ®f the department Avould be known as Ithe United Kingdom Trade Commissioners. —.(Sp.)
