(Rec. 11.15 a.m.) GENEVA, Sept. 5. The Administrative Commission of the World Food Conference approved the New Zealand recommendation that the executive committee should take steps to ensure that the food and agriculture organisation was financially independence of the United Nations. The recommendation goes to a plenary meeting of the conference.
