Mr Fred Langstone, Fortner Leading Jockey
(Special) GREYMOUTH, This Day.
Mr Frederick Langstone, a former jockey and brother of Mr Frank Langstone, M.P. for Roskill, died in Greymouth yesterday at the age of 70. Born in Blenheim, he was a jockey for many years and was one of the Dominion’s leading horsemen in his I d Mr Langstone was unmarried. Mrs IK. Bowick, of Auckland, is a sister.
