All restrictions affecting liceijces for the importation of cups and saucers from the United Kingdom have been removed and tableware licences imay be utilised for the importation of I all available types of cups and saucers according to advice received from the acting Minister of Customs (Mr Nordmeyer) by ‘ the Manufacturers Representatives’ Association. Should it prove necessary to review this decision later, the Minister stated that local china importers would be heard before anything was done.
