Minister's Plea For Russian Wives
(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 8. The Minister of State (Mr McNeil) has written a personal letter to the leader of the delegation from the Supreme Soviet at present visiting Britain (M. Kuznetzov), asking assistance for British efforts to secure Russian exit visas for 15 Russian wives of British soldiers and officials.
