Return Jap. Pearls
(P.A.) AUCKLAND. This Day. Though large quantities of Japanese pearls were recently seized from jewellers throughout the Dominion by Customs officers, they have now been handed back and are being sold in shops. Jewellers state that the pearls were returned because it was found that several thousand people were in possession of uncustomed pearls.
