Foreign Ministers May Meet In London
NEW YORK, September 28,
A meeting of British, American and Russian Foreign Ministers, whichwas scheduled tentatively for Moscow, will possibly be changed to London because of Mr. Cordell Hull’s state of health, says the. Washington correspondent of the “HeraldTribune."
Commenting on the meeting, the ActingSecretary for State (Mr. Adolf Berle) told the Press that British fears that their American confreres will be unable to negotiate specific terms were unfounded, since the American delegation will be prepared to discuss specifically post-war problems.
