Test Pilot Killed
(8.0. W., 1 p.m.) RUGBY, August 24, John de Haviliand, one of the pilots who tested the first. Mosquito, the world’s fastest bomber, was killed yesterday in a mid-air collision between two Mosquitoes. He is one of three sons of Captain Geoffrey de Haviliand, bead of the de Haviliand Aircraft Company.
