To Extend India’s War Production
(Rcc. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 10. It is officially announced in a New Delhi message that the Governor-Gen-eral-in Council decided to implement the main recommendations of the American technical mission to India which spent several weeks investigating the possibilities of extending India's war production.
A war resources committee is to be set up consisting' of the GovernorGeneral. a defence member, a supply member, a finance member and a commerce member, with power to co-opt other members, and its decisions will be binding on all authorities in India.
