Centennial Methodist Conference Continued
[Per Press Association. Copyright 3 DUNEDIN, This Day. The business sessions of the Centennial Methodist Conference was continued today. Notices of motion on .subjects to be discussed later in the conference were submitted and referred to committees fer report but. on the whole, the proceedings of the day were to a large extent of a domestic nature. On the motion of the Rev, M. A. Pratt, it was decided to send a loyal address from the conference to His Majesty the King. The address is to be signed by the president, vice president and secretary, as well as by representatives of the Maori race. The president welcomed to ihe conference. the Rev, Professor A. E. Albeston, president general of the Methodist Church for Australia and New Zealand. It was decided that greetings should be sent to the church in Australia.
