Ranfurly Shield Match Postponed

A decision was made by the Southland Rugby Union late yesterday afternoon to postpone the Ranfurly Shield match to have been played between Otago and Southland today. It was reported by the Railway Department that because of the main line being flooded no trains would be able to get through to Invercargill. ■ The match will be played at Invercargill next Saturday.
