The following are the results of the Bogey competition played by members of the Kaitaia Golf Club:—
M. Podevin, 4 down; A. Stanton, 6 down; W. Dyer, 7 down; E. Bellingham, 7 down; J. Parker, 8 down; M. McCormack, 8 down; M. Cochran, 8 down; A. J. Mclntosh, 8 down; G. Maxwell, 9 down; J. Taaffe, 9 down; R. Kelly, 10 down; W. Thompson, 10 down; M. Coughlan, 15 down; M. Robb, 1G down. In the second round of the McDonald Cup. Podevin defeated Stanton, 3 and 1, and in the third round Mclntosh defeated Cochran, 1 up, and Taafl’c defeated Parker, 4 and 3. On Saturday, a medal competition will be held, players to choose their own partners.
