“Reynolds’ Weekly News” says that a giant-' super-speed boat, built of a new plastic material, carrying 125 passengers and a crew of 12, is now flying between Black Sea ports. It is the result of prolonged experiments by the Soviet shipbuilding and motor industries. The craft is known as a “sea glider.” The boat resembles a gigantic flatfish placed on top of two torpedo-shaped floats.
