Herr Hitler’s Plain Speaking

(Received 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, January 30. The Fuehrer began by recalling that 13,000,000 Nazi voters, men and women, supported him six years ago. The remaining 20,000,000 scattered, among 15 parties, made common cause with the Jews. The entire Western civilisation would have been precipitated into an unimaginable crisis had the Reich sunk into the Bolshevist chaos.

The salvation of Europe at one end began with Signor Mussolini, anh the Nazis pushed forward at the other end.

“Now we witness in another land,” he said, “the same drama of the courageous overthrow of the Jewish international attempt to annihilate European culture. “Today I can speak to the first Greater German Reichstag.” Referring to the late President Wilson’s doctrine of self-determination and the fourteen points, Herr Hitler accused the Allies of adopting, principles whreever they were exploitable.”

We can promise a desperate struggle if faced with counter-measures.” Herr Hitler announced his determination to reorganise the Reichbank as a German institution, and to increase military efficiency. “Do not forget that it seems the privilege of democracy to nurse hatred of totalitarian States.

“We will not permit British and American critics to meddle in our affairs. “We shall remain a sovereign State guaranteed by our arms and friends. Germany Wants Peace.

“Germany nurses no hatred of Britain and America, and wants to live in peace by them, but they are continually incited by Jewish warmongers. “There are people responsible for tfte previous war who are again trying to provoke war. “If we defend ourselves against these apostles of war —Churchill, DuffCooper, Ickes and others—we are accused of attacking them. “If international and financial Jewry start .another war it won’t end in the destruction of Germany, but the annihilation of the Jewish race throughout Europe. “If Italy is involved in war, it is absolutely certain Germany will be by her side. “Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany will secure European civilisation. “Germany has no territorial claims against Britain and Trance except colonial claims.

“Only warmongers think there will be war.
