Czach Minister Tilts At Own Government
(Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, January 26. The “Daily Telegraph" Prague correspondent says it is officially stated the Foreign Office is investigating appropriate action against M. J. G. Masaryk, Czech Minister in London, for his interview given to the “New York Times” on January 7, in which he said: “I would rather live as a simple citizen in a decent German px’ovince than as King in Fascist Czechoslovakia, where, it is understood, a wild Government is behaving badly."
Mr L. J, PofT, chief surveyor in Christchurch, has been appointed Commi'ssioner of Crown Land, Northland.
