Big Yarding At Hukerenui

The North Auckland Farmers’ Coop., Limited reports a big yarding at its Hukerenui sale yesterday, including a large entry of boner cattle. A total clearance was effected under very keen competition at late prices. Backward dairy cows, £4 5/ to £5 10/; hifers, r.w.b., £4 5/; light fat cows, £4 10/ to £5 17/; heavy boner cows, £3 to £45/; light, 35/ to £2 15/; three-year Shorthorn steers, to £75/; cows and calves, £3 to £45/; Shorthorn store cows, £37/ to £3 15/; heavy boner bulls, £5 17/6 to £8 5/; light, £4.
