Canada Speeds Up Defence

OTTAWA, August 10

Canada’s land, sea and air defences are to be reorganised shortly, and an Air Council, headed by Lieut.-Oolonel W. A. Bishop, V.C., the famous war ace, as Air Marshal, co-ordinating military and civil aviation, may be formed.
