Japanese Use Poison Gas
GENEVA, August 10. Dr. Hoochi-Tsai, permanent Chinese delegate to the League of Nations, has submitted to the League a report signed by Dr. H. Talbot, a British surgeon at the Ninchuang general hospital, proving conclusively that the Japanese are using poison gas against the Chinese.
The report gives clinical and pathological details of 19 cases of gaspoisoning in the Matang area between July 2 and 5.
