Russo-Jap. Battle

Soviet troops, from Pdssiet Bay attacked Japanese and Manchukuan patrols near Changkufeng with infantry and tanks, and Japanese artillery repulsed them, inflicting 200 casualties, including 30 killed, and capturing 11 tanks, two guns and other arms, says a communique from Hsinking, Manchukuo.
As the result, Changkufeng and Shoatsaopong were completely reoccupied after six hours’ fighting. Simultaneously, Russian forces, concentrated on the northern border of Korea, bombarded the towns of Kojo and Sokan.
