Japs. Solve Gold Problem
' (Received 2.30 p.m.) TOKIO, July 25. Dr. Hiroshi Suzuki, research officer in the Finance Ministry, claims to have discovered a process of extracting gold and silver from seawater, as well as other products, including caustic soda, muriatic acid, bromine and magnesium. / The Meiji Mining Company is building a £48,000 plant at Misaki, to begin production in September.
