International Reconciliation Wanted
(Received 12 Noon.) COPENHAGEN. July 24. The signatories of the Oslo Convention, namely, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Luxembourg, and Finland, have issued an announcement stating that the international situation is so disquieting that they are ready to support all impartial efforts at reconciliation.
