Sydney Meat Strike
(Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY. July 15. The Now South Wales Government has intervened in the .slaughtermen's strike over working hours. and has called a compulsory conference of the parties. The Cabinet discussed the trouble to-day, and decided to take no action over the week-end which would be likely to add fuel to the fire, but, in thp- event of the strike continuing, it will evolve a plan to keep the metropolis well supplied with meat.
