FREEZING AWARD. A new award to cover freezing workers in all districts with the exception of Westland will be announced by the Second Arbitration Court tomorrow. when the award will be filed in Wellington.

DEATH OF MRS NATHAN. Advice has been received in Auckland of the death in England yesterday of Mrs Letitia Nathan, widow of the late L, D. Nathan, a former prominent Auckland businessman. Mrs Nathan, who died in her 87th year, had been living in Durfold, Reigate. She had been away from New Zealand for several years.
